Review: 5 stars for sure! We were getting ripped off by another company and decided to call TIAC for a second opinion. TIAC fixed our heater for half the cost that they other company quoted, they were upfront, polite and honest. I will 100% use them everytime I have a furnace or HVAC issue.

Review: I called this company for my office condo and they said they will send a technician and give me a estimate. Then they called me again and got my credit card info and stated they will not charge it unless I approve.Few hours later they called me and said they forgot to send me an estimate and that job is done; and charged my card for $430 !!This is not the price I was expecting and I would not go with this company if I knew the estimate before doing the job.

Review: Couple issues. I had them install a new HVAC system back in 2018 and paid for the 10 year warranty. I also purchased their annual maintenance agreement every year. The problem with their maintenance agreement is the months they do their checks. The last cool check they did was last September, after the hot months. They called late February to do the heat maintenance, after the cold months. Now I have warranty work I called for them to do (return line is collapsing at the handler) and they are making me sign up for another annual maintenance agreement at only 10 months. The bright spot is the technician, Marshall, who is really great and does a great job.

Review: Today their technician arrived on time, was professional, wore booties over his shoes in the house andhe corrected a problem with a clogged drain pipe coming off the air conditioning system. He also informed me of any additional work that would cost more than the standard yearly maintenance fee. He was polite and did a thorough job. I am completely satisfied with Texas Industrial Air Services. They installed a new AC system at my townhome about 5 years ago and did a great job then as well!Service: Repair HVAC
