Review: Renan Gonzalez:Today was my last day of work at Conditioned Air and I want to do this review for the benefit of both customers and potential employees. I have worked there for five and a half years and I can say that it has been the best experience I have had since working in the Air Conditioning industry.Clients: Let me tell you a little anecdote that I had when I became an employee of the company. The owner welcomed me and then he went on to tell me: “Renan, something very important to me is: You have to be honest with my customers ALWAYS.” I had never heard anything like this from a company owner. That left me in shock because most company owners put profits before honesty. I can honestly say that I have never felt pressured to sell anything to customers. The culture of the company is to offer the best possible service and it has several highly experienced and knowledgeable technicians (For example Carlos Morales and Tracy among others).The service manager, Raymond Wolf, is not only someone with exceptional technical knowledge, but he also dedicates himself to training his staff to offer a quality and honest service. If you are considering becoming a client of this company… You have made an excellent selection! If you are already a customer… you are in excellent hands. I thank all the customers who generously showed their appreciation for my work by serving them.Potential Employees: If you are considering becoming an employee at Conditioned Air, keep in mind that you will have exceptional training opportunities in an impressive variety of technologies. From communication systems to geothermal systems…all with the training and support you will need to succeed. You will be continually able to grow. (Additionally Jared, the manager of commercial systems has a wonderful experience in commercial controls that he makes available to his technicians)Raymond Wolf, the service manager, is someone who served for almost 30 years as an air technician, and he has a very broad technical domain. Additionally, if you show real interest in taking care of customers and providing them with the best possible service… you will find in him more than a boss, you will find an excellent friend. His respect for the staff he directs, as well as his personal interest was something that captivated me immediately and has made me appreciate him as a friend a lot.My reasons for not continuing to work at Conditioned Air are of a family nature, and for this reason I can honestly, frankly and clearly recommend Conditioned Air as a company in which I have felt like part of a family.P.S.
