Review: Juan was very helpful and efficient. He helped identify a hissing sound we’d heard the day before that of course had stopped before he came. He was able to ease our concerns about a possible leak and clearly explain what he thought was going on. He was thorough yet quick and I really appreciated his honest advice about next steps.

Review: Thomas was a great guy, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through every step he took to to find and fix the problem. I knew the price to find and fix the problem was going to be around $1,000 since everything seems to be $1,000 now days. So if you have that mindset going in, you won’t have sticker shock.Apparently when my home was built in the 1990’s, they used an iron coupling to brace a beam. But the iron was touching the copper pipe. Iron + Copper = electrolysis. It wore away at the pipe and caused a pinhole leak.

Review: The work (a simple leak repair) was 5 star. The price was 3 star, so 4 stars overall. I really think the invoice was due to an estimating error for the job, but I paid it anyway after a handful of unsuccessful attempts to talk to someone in the office. I really like the people and work of this company. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Review: I called Santhoff last night after my son broke an outside pipe trying to get the hose off. Junior came out in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional and fun to work with. He did a great job fixing the pipe, was very thorough and explained all the steps and options. We were all very grateful to him. Even my dog, usually quite reserved, was very happy around him. I recommend Santhoff Plumbing highly and will be using them for all the future plumbing issues.
