Review: My family has used south belt air and heat service for many years. We have 3 properties in which they installed the AC units. They are efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and the units they install last a long time. In this hot Houston weather it’s wonderful to have a service you can trust!!!

Review: . We had had an A/C inspection by another company that I believed should be verified. It was going to take a week or more without A/C because of freon leaks that they were worried could not be found without $$.I asked South Belt for an inspection. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and likable. Within 2 or 3 hours Matt had my A/C running. There were $s involved and they were effective.Thanks to South Belt for being the company they are. That’s to Matt for the man he is.

Review: Recently I used South Belt for my annual heater checkup. Scheduling the appointment was simple and fit my schedule perfectly. Matt the technician called early in the morning to give a window of when he arrive. In a couple of hours he arrived and went into the attic to check my unit. Took approximately 15/18 minutes and finished the job and stated my unit was in excellent shape and ready for the cold weather. This is not the first time I have used South Belt for all my ac/heater needs. I have trusted their service for not only checkups but also installing new complete ac and parts for over 40 years at 4 homes I have owned. I have no issues in recommending them. Review: Southbelt has always been my place for AC repairs. Ron used to be my tech for years and still works for company. Amazing service and if there is a problem they will come right out to fix it. I just had two new AC units installed and they are operating great!
