Review: NxGen came out the next day and installed my new AC. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfied with the service. Our old AC couldn’t keep up with the Houston heat. This new unit so far hasn’t flinched! I know we haven’t had a super hot day this year, but it’s coming and I can’t wait to see how well the new unit can handle it. Thanks for all the help!Service: Install AC

Review: My system failed and I was referred to NxGen by a family member. They arrived the same day to troubleshoot and quickly knew the problem. The house is 30 years old with the original system. I decided to do a complete replacement. I received an excellent price and they installed the next day. Very professional crew and performed an excellent install. They went above and beyond by replacing wood supports that were found bad after the removal old the old system and added additional material to ensure the intake vent didn’t drawl unfiltered air. Review: Nxgen takes amazing care of their customers and gives high quality service and products. Our A/C went out and I was struggling in an 85+ degree house due to being pregnant. A few days later we called NxGen — they came out the same day and prioritized us due to my pregnancy. They put us in a nice hotel so we would be comfortable and finished installing a complete new system by 12pm the next day. They didn’t have the unit we needed in stock so they upgraded us for the same price. Within 5 min of turning the AC on, our house was cooled. They even walked around to make sure each room was getting the right amount of AC and got rid of any hot spots. They also gave us a smart thermostat we can control from our phone. They keep following up to make sure everything is working perfect. Kamarin was extremely kind to us and we couldn’t be more thankful for finding this company. They also stand behind their products offering us a transferrable 5 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. This is a local, experienced business you can trust!

Review: I just had a great experience with NXGEN. My technician Kyle was very communicative prior to his arrival and did a great job with my furnace check up. He even identified a potential issue with my a/c, which was not part of his original scope. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys the next time you need HVAC work.

Review: AC went out early morning on a Sunday. Googled who was available 24/7 in my area and NXGen popped up. Called and the lady who answered was very nice despite having to take a call at 6am. They were able to fit me in for service/repair same day and within a decent time frame. Mr. Tony was my tech and was super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use NXGen again!Service: Repair HVAC
