Review: Everything that could be bad about this company is. They are unprofessional, they lie and they don’t care that they do. Worst experience I have EVER had with any company period. Save yourself the headache. I fired my home warranty because they do business with a company like this. Don’t want to be associated with any company that employs a company with a one star google rating. I simply can’t say enough bad things about them. 9 days in triple degree heat with no AC.Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair

Review: I have been without AC for over 7 days. I was assigned this company through my home warranty. The first person they sent out admittedly did not have very much experience, and insisted that an electrician come to diagnose the problem. I had to Have an electrician diagnose that it was indeed an air conditioning problem, this company stated that a specialist will need to come out. They kept insisting that a specialist come out, but first they needed to review the problem. I told him that there was no information to review, to please send someone out. They finally sent someone out four days later. That was on a Thursday. They said they needed to order a part but were unsure when it would be available. It’s now Monday, and I’ve been one week + without air-conditioning. At this point the company just hangs up the phone when I call. No compassion, horrible service.

Review: After multiple calls to reschedule service for quicker repair no answer, no call backs- we get a Text message on a secondary number. A technician comes out to repair heat and says it’s a simple fix. He continues to brag about how excellent he is at his job and so smart. The heat was out again within 8 hours. EMS doesn’t answer, doesnt call back so we can have them return to fix their awful work. No response to their failed work. AWFUL.Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair

Review: You may not believe this but these comments that you are reading below are correct and exactly what happened to us. They really don’t care about business. Kenney the guy over the technician department hung up on us because we asked for details of the charge we are paying. They are charging us over $1300.00 and not allowing us to know why ?! We have been without A/C for 2 weeks now . This is TEXAS…!!!Give yourself a favor and if you have been assigned to them call your insurance and have them to be assigned to another company.THEY DON’T NEED YOUR BUSINESS. save your time and money.Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!!Service: A/C system repair

Review: If I could give this company less than a 1 I would. Through my home warranty I was assigned to EMS services May 25th 2021 for a leak in our ac unit. Hunter was the contractor that came on the 25th. I showed him where the leak was and he proceeded to go into the attic and within 10 minutes came back and said there was a clog and he cleared it and the air should be blowing cool again shortly. He NEVER even checked the actual ac unit on the side of the house. The ac did began to cool within the hour. The very next day May 26th 2021 the ac STOPPED cooling again and I contacted EMS again and they assigned Hunter to come back out May 28th. Hunter came and actually checked the ac unit this time said it was low on Freon added Freon and left and the unit began to cool. Then on June 12th the ac STOPPED cooling AGAIN!!! Hunter came back out June 15th this time I specifically told him to check for a leak and check the coil. He said “ yea I got you”. He then tells me there was a leak on the outside valve and he repaired it. I asked him so the coils and everything else looked fine? He said yes it was just the leak on the outside valve. The ac began cooling again. THEN on the 17th it STOPPED cooling AGAIN!!!! Contacted EMS AGAIN but this time requested someone other than Hunter come out. They scheduled someone to come out Tuesday June 22 2021. The morning of June 22nd I received a call from EMS stating that their technician called out and they would have to reschedule! I said NO THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY AND SOMEONE MUST COME OUT THAT DAY!! The receptionist then HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!!! Called my home warranty and was able to get assigned to another company. That new company came out that same day and within 15 minutes gave us a diagnosis. The coil was bad!!! Which is what I told HUNTER to specifically check on. This company was completely unprofessional. I feel as if Hunter just disregarded what I said because I was a woman. He did however take his time trying to get my husband to sell his truck to him though!!!!! I do not recommend this company at all!!! Myself and my 3 children have been in a house without ac for 5 days now!!Services: A/C system repair, Repair HVAC
