Review: Arnett replaced a refrigeration system on a refrigerator trailer. This was a complete change out 3 years ago. Job was done within expected time and was professionally done at a reasonable price. The system has worked flawlessly for 3 years.Arnett responds promptly and does good work.We are well pleased.

Review: 5-Stars is not enough to convey the fullness of my review for Arnett Mechanical! Their customer service was professional, timely. and top notch! A++ in my opinion! Their pricing (my favorite part) was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work required and for the equipment that needed to be purchased and installed! They even removed and hauled away the old equipment! My experience with Arnett Mechanical absolutely awesome! In fact, I’ll go on record and suggest they change name to ‘Absolutely Awesome Arnett Mechanical Services’!

Review: Anton is very knowledgeable! I had a smart thermostat installed by a handyman. The a/c worked but the heat didn’t. I called an electrician who was not familiar with a smart thermostat. I was told that I needed a HVAC specialist and this company was referred to me. He began to trouble shoot until he figured out what the handyman did wrong. His fast response to my call was also appreciated, given the temps are dropping into the teens tonight . I highly recommend him.

Review: I was trying to find a Carrier dealership who would help me with product registration to cover my warranty. I called probably 5-6 dealers but mostly we’re answering machines or call center that I have to wait for a call back. But Anton, the owner, readily answered. And PATIENTLY waited for me to climb to my attic and helping me identify the unit and guiding me through it. He had me send a picture of the unit and he sent it back pointing to the correct one. I am so very thankful for the owner. If he has patience in small things, he will be patient in big things. May God bless you and your business more Sir!
