Review: Professional company. I reviewed the quote with Will, and he answered all of my questions. Danny Lewis and the team were professional and had good housekeeping practices throughout the replacement. I replaced a 20 year old 4 ton trane unit (AC & Furnace) with a XR16 trane system. I will recommend.

Review: Coastal Hankla has serviced our A/C for many years. After many yers of use, our ducts most of of plastic tubing, were old, fragile and developing holes. At our request Coastal Hankla inspected them all, advised us their condition. They recommended we should replace them and that they should redesign the total layout as it was inefficient. We agreed and asked Coastal Hankla to quote on the redesign and replacement. We accepted their quote. Access to our ducts is difficult however they removed and ten replaced the total new redesigned system in three days. The new duct system design is a huge improvement over the old, and provides us with a quieter system and more even distribution of both cooling and heating.The Coastal Hankla installer was excellent, careful with Covid masking and distancing, mindful of our light carpets, cleaned up all waste and removed ducting and gave us excellent service.We are delighted with the new installation, how well it works and how quiet it is. This was a great success. We would unhesitating recommend Coastal Hankla for A/C service and installation.Services: A/C system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent installation
