Review: Michael was very helpful in diagnosing several issues, as well as giving us some direction on what to do with our aging units. With the weekend being hard for warranty companies to assist home owners with, Stalwart was both an affordable option and a timely option for what would have otherwise been a full weekend without upstairs AC. The professionalism was great, as well as the education received during Michael’s visit, at a price 25% less than our warranty service coming out where we don’t even get a say in who is looking at the unit. Wanted to give Michael kudos for his work and timely arrival.

Review: Great customer service, I have been a part of their preventative maintenance plan for a couple years now. My only con is they WILL overcharge you. I paid $500 for a capacitor replacement. Google “AC Capacitor” and see how hard it is to find one over $30. I reached our to some technicians afterwards to really see if this was an overcharge. At the most, technicians charge $150 to replace this. Love the company and service I received while using them. Unfortunately, they lost a customer with this blatant overcharge.
