Review: Welp now I don’t have access to my attic since the new unit is taking up the entire entry & my light doesn’t work anymore along with the exposed wires everywhere that I had to clean up. There was a mess left up there.Didn’t want to write this but we had them come out to check another unit & they tricked my mom into a whole new system instead of just charging us for the diagnostic fee. Instead of being honest and just letting it go they billed $1600 for a cancellation fee & sent it to collections!!!That’s just scummy. If a customer doesn’t want a service that was never provided then I would’ve just let it go. $1600 to cancel for something that was never done is absolutely insane. Really wanted to work with them in the future but that is tossed out the window now. Your character really showed here, Ted.

Review: Have been a customer of Mr. Garcia for YEARS! Had an emergency the other day, he and his team were at my house and made FULL repairs on the same day! Quite remarkable considering the heat wave we are experiencing. There is a HUGE need for AC repairs now and the fact that we were able to get QUALITY same day repair service is impressive! Review: If I could give a minus review I would. Our AC went out during the roll outs and we called almost five times with no response. No one even called us back. When we called Abacus, they came the same evening and discovered that the wiring that Pro Air did on our AC was totally messed up. The technician from Abacus had us up and running asap. Check wiring please!

Review: Ted Garcia did an excellent job on my A/C repair. I had called a different company before calling Ted and after they arrived and saw the label on my system they said that they did not work on R-407C units. They tried to charge me for doing absolutely nothing and even tried to scam me into replacing both my inside and outside A/C systems. I told them “no way.” I eventually found Ted and he was at my house within the hour. I watched him work and he was a pro. Within minutes he had found the issue with my A/C system. The problem was just a bad circuit breaker switch. Ted knows what he is doing. I’d call them again if anything went wrong.
