Review: Gary and team came out on short notice as we had a heater die in late December. We chose to replace both of our entire hvac systems due to age. Gary fully explained his Trane line and benefits of each unit. We got four different quotes and Payless was the best overall. We even added the media filter to help with our air quality. Gary never tried to over “sell” us anything and the install was scheduled in 2 days! The team was very clean and professional with Gary checking in throughout. We have found ourselves a new AC and Heating company and will recommend them to everyone!

Review: Payless is the best AC contractor around hands down. I have always had issues with my previous system on a weekend or late during the week and Payless has always come out immediately and serviced my system. They are one of the few companies that actually answer their phones on weekends or late during the day. I also just recently decided to retire my 27 yr old Trane system. I got many, many quotes from different contractors and Gary was the ONLY one who didn’t try to upsell me something that I didn’t need but was honest on the things that I did need. Out of all of the bids, Gary’s pricing with amazing financing options beat everyone else hands down. His warranty is also untouched. His responsiveness and professionalism was amazing and his team installed my new system and ductwork beautifully. Very dependable and high quality business at an honest price. I am very happy that I chose Payless to install my new system and am happy to continue our professional relationship. I will be referring him to all of my friends and family. Trust me, I’m a research nut. I did all the research for you, chose Gary with Payless Cooling and Heating and you won’t be disappointed.

Review: I rented a commercial space that used Payless to replace my HVAC unit. They didn’t connect the heat at all. The first day it was cold, I had to pay another company to come out to connect it because Payless couldn’t come out. Then I was having issues with the unit shutting itself off & after calling Payless multiple times, they stopped responding or returning my phone calls. Turns out the unit didn’t have enough return for the square footage. Because they wouldn’t answer or return calls, I had to pay another company again to come out, diagnose the problem, then fix the problem. Using Payless ended up costing me personally about $1,000 to fix problems that should have never been an issue.

Review: Looking for an honest AC & heating company? Payless is it. I’ve called on them for the past 5 years for biannual maintenance. They are efficient, professional, and reasonably priced…but mostly, they do honest work. Keep it up guys!
