Review: They are now Mission Plumbing. Please ignore all the previous 5 star reviews. I called they to get a part replaced on my water heater. I already knew what the problem was. They said they would be able to fix the problem when their technician arrived. They also stated the technician would have the replacement part with him. They said it was a very was a common job. He would be able to fix my water heater when he arrived. Their technician showed up and said he needed to order the replacement part. He said it would take at least 2 days to receive it. He also said the would cost $677 to do the job. Then he tried to charge me for a service call. I asked him to leave. Now they are claiming I owe then $49 for their deceptive service call. Rheem shipped me the part for free the next day. I had another local plumber do the job. They charged $175. I will be filing a complaint with the licensing board against Mission Plumbing. These people are completely unethical.

Review: Our Sweetwater repair team was great. They arrived on schedule on day 1 and were able to get to us earlier than scheduled on day 2. They identified our water heater problem quickly and, after securing the necessary replacement parts, handled the job carefully and professionally. Plus, answering our questions, they made us feel valued as customers. Very pleased with the experience.

Review: I called Sweetwater Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. I needed a water heater brought up to code, an outside leak fixed, and a new whole house filter installed. They came out on a Saturday and gave me an estimate for all I wanted done. The estimated was free. We agreed on a scheduled appointment and they arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Everything was professional and they cleaned up as well. They will now be the only plumbing service I use.I highly recommend them. Thanks Demi!!Services: Toilet repair, Water heater repair

Review: I contacted Sweetwater Plumbing Company because my water heater stopped working. I sent Demi a message and in a timely manner he responded back to let me know he would come out and take a look. Demi was extremely professional When he arrived at my home. He took his time to make sure there weren’t any other problems with my water heater. He also let me know that the water heater I had was out of date and he helped me find the best water heater without spending a ton of money. I would recommend Sweetwater Plumbing Company to anyone who needs any type to plumping work done!!! Extremely professional, on time, and won’t steal your money like many other companies sometimes do!!!!! Give Sweetwater Plumbing a call and you won’t be disappointed!Service: Water heater repair

They were very prompt, informative, polite and patient with all our questions as this was our first plumbing issue we have had. We will for sure be using them in the future.
