Review: I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by George’s AC. They responded to my call sending a technician out in less than an hour. My HVAC was responsible for very high electric bills this past summer and I wanted an assessment the system. Rodolfo, did a very thorough inspection, well documented, explained the issues and outlined options to correct the problems.

Review: Expectations were exceeded for timeliness and competitive pricing on a new Trane unit. Went above and beyond in friendliness and attentiveness- from every phone call (thank you Liz) to the initial site visit by Rodolfo, George himself following up with me and visiting the day of install, and the installation crew (Raul and a very nice guy who I didn’t learn his name). One additional guy dropped off some additional supplies at midday that I thought spoke volumes of the team work the entire company shares. We thought there was some chance of salvaging our 2008 unit, but Rodolfo patiently explained (and showed) the many issues, not to mention 14 years is a decent lifespan on a Galveston AC. So thankful for this great company, especially for the install before this next heat wave. Thanks again, Liz, for taking my many calls as we figured everything out.Service: Install AC

Review: We had an excellent experience using George’s Air recently to repair our AC. They answered my call right away and were able to get a tech to our house at the time we requested. The tech diagnosed the problem, obtained the part needed and had our AC working quickly. We have used George’s Air in prior occasions and have consistently received the same timely and excellent service. I am so glad we found them a few years ago!
