Review: Doug and his team are wonderful! We’ve been having problems with our heater and they have come out multiple times – including on weekends and holidays – and have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. They are extremely responsive and I would recommend them to anyone!

Review: I highly recommend Alford AC – Doug!Very professional and honestOur AC went out on one of the hottest days. It was time to have a new AC system installed. I call the company and left a message with the office receptionist.Shortly after Doug called me and came by to give me a quote. The quote was the best quote over other quotes.He explained all that was needed etc.Doug immediately made arrangements in his busy schedule to have his crew install the new AC system the very next morning. Review: Amazing company with excellent service and work. Employees were professional and called several times to advise me of their arrival time. Diagnosed my problem quickly and then went and picked up part and had my AC up and running in less than an hour.

Review: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Wasted My Time, and left me with problems to still deal with!! Doug(the “new” owner) tarnishing the past quality reputation of Alford Air! came and analyzed A/C airflow issue, gave solution and quote, which I agreed to..we scheduled date job could be done..no show..when I called got excuses..rescheduled a 2 day window to be sure they could meet and do work either day..again no show, no phone call, nothing! called and sent text messages to both Doug’s cell and the office, NO RESPONSE!! Now of course they probably didn’t know how to handle it so they just avoided it! I know this as we had someone call from a different number regarding ” a different issue ” at “a different address” and they answered and both willing to schedule an appointment right away! TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
