Review: Our AC system began to go out on a Sunday (system still working) and Aaron came in Monday morning. He noticed the AC condenser motor was over heating and about to go out, instead of a quick replacement I asked him to give me an estimate to replace our system, it was from 2005 when the house was built. We agreed on the system model and price, and he replaced the AC condenser motor for free to ensure our home would be cool until they could come in and replace the entire system on Thursday that week. Aaron listened to what my family and our home needed and made sure he gave us options before we agreed to anything. Thursday morning came and the crew who arrived was ready to work and set up blankets to keep our floors clean. They completed the work very quickly and answered questions I had along the way. I like to view what people do while they work on our home, not because I want to be in their business but out of curiosity. That didn’t bother them at all, and they even took the time to talk to me about themselves and their families. Once everything was done they walked me through the work they did and set up the new, very nice, American Standard thermostat. Aaron explained the parts and labor warranty from American Standard and Dalton AC and what it covers. As they prepared to leave they cleaned everything in the areas they worked in, and even used a blower at the front of the house to ensure any small pieces of trash would be picked up and removed from the property. It’s been two weeks since Dalton AC replaced our system and we could not be happier with the American Standard models we chose and the difference in how much cooler our home is. Thank you Dalton AC, Aaron, and the install crew for your detailed work, and for caring about my family and our home’s needs.
