Review: I had this company come out to my home earlier this year because when i have my heat on in the home, it automatically shuts off and blows a fuse when it hits 61 degrees. and because i have to go into the basement and change wires over from heat to AC depending on the time of year. I called Crystal heating and cooling because a friend recommended them. Brandon Knipper came out to my place. I turned the AC on and it ran. It didn’t shut off while he was there. He was at my place for 2 hours. In those two hours he was talking on his phone most of the time. At the end of the two hours he told me there are a lot of wires that are loose and I needed a new electrical strip that he will look into getting. I am handicap and it is extremely difficult to get in the basement. I have to go down there and switch wires over from the heat to air and back depending on the time of the year. Brandon did state he would fix all of this. A week later he called me and asked if the air conditioner was running still. I told him it was. The call ended. I called him back a few days later and if he got the electrical strip, and when he was going to fix the rest. He said, “I talked to you last week and you said it was running so I’m not fixing the rest” i wrote them a letter and Brandon called and said he told me all these things that he put in his report that he never said to me. He said he will come out and not charge me to look at the unit. We will see how that goes and i will update this so you know.Service: A/C system repair
