Review: Gas line leak. The technician’s suggestion of a tip was inappropriate. The invoice was not itemized. The charge was way over priced. The job done was performed unsafely, unsatisfactory, not according to code, and without a permit. After requesting a different technician the promise to return to complete the work was never fulfilled. Several attempts to contact supervision were unsuccessful. Those answering the phone gave promises that a return service call was scheduled and that the company would return my calls were both not true. The company address is an abandoned empty movie theater with a realtor sign on it. They are dishonest, misleading, and should get out of the business.

Review: These guys did a great job replacing copper pipe that sprung pin hole leaks. Richie was fantastic and a true professional, easy to work with. Their prices were very reasonable too. I recommend Maddox Plumbing Services as a great resource for plumbing repairs, I will call them again if needed.

Review: Professional and knowledgeable technicians. They provide excellent service. The plumber who arrived was very professional, and he even had the proper Covid-19 approved gear with him. He was extremely pleasant. Our plumbing issues were quickly resolved. He also quoted me a very reasonable price. Maddox Plumbing Services is the third time I’ve used them, and I intend to continue using them in the future. I strongly advise you to hire them for all of your plumbing needs.

Review: They took advantage of my elderly widowed mother. Charged her $13,000 and never did the job. Left my mom without running water for over 3 months! The address they have listed is an empty place. No one there. It’s a scam artist that travels from county to county and state to state using same business name. He will make fake reviews and a fake business page on google. Hes been doing it for years. So it looks like maddox is a franchise when its really just this guy and his crew ripping people off and leaving before getting busted. Seriously comb through the reviews at all the maddox locations. You will see lots of fake reviews and several reviews about people getting scammed. Cops wont touch it they claim its civil not criminal. He leaves town before ever seeing a judge. No business license for this location on file, no plumbing license, no permits (some states he will pay to have an official business license but never renews it because he leaves the state after ripping off customersand starts shop in a new state). Do NOT USE! Click on the reviews made. Most of the positive ones are FAKE ACCOUNTS!It also claims to be acknowledged by the city’s chamber of commerce. Call CHAMBER OF COMMERCE yourself. They are not listed on there. It’s a scam!Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Review: Maddox Plumbing Services guys are extraordinary. Had John come out to my home to replace our waste pipe he was great! He simplified everything and got the job done for a fair price. Everyone I talked to from the first call was great. I would recommend them with no reservations to anyone I know. Thanks again!
